MY STORY
The Meltdown
I was lying in my bed crying. It was Christmas Eve and I was completely exhausted, feeling lost and in pain. I was physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually in meltdown and after having worked 15-hour days for 9 years in the City of London, my unhealthy lifestyle had finally caught up with me - I had burnt out.
Is this it? Is this what life is supposed to feel like? I don't want to feel this pain anymore. I had hit rock bottom.

On the surface my life was great – I had the car, the girl, the friends, the fancy apartment, the job and the money – all the things that I thought would give me happiness. And deep inside me I was unhappy - I felt stressed and unsatisfied. Life felt meaningless, I didn’t know or like myself so much, frequently felt agitated and empty. I was self-centered, false and arrogant, living my life according to other people’s expectations with a constant need for other people’s approval. Truth was underneath the confident personality mask, I felt lost in all areas of my life. For many years I drank more than was good for me, my body was a wreck, I was work addicted and I had trouble sleeping. I was self-centered and hopelessly selfish and unfulfilled in relationships. I felt this internalized pressure to perform.
The Insight
It was a pivotal moment for me – one of those times where grace and inspiration come together and where something deep in my soul knew that I had to change. It was in that moment that I decided that I was going to find my way out of my pain, and live my life from my heart. I experienced that the light within my soul was brighter than my fears and I decided that I was going to find my passion, and follow it.
Since then, it has been a 15-year journey of recovery, growth and expansion. I have invested heavily in my personal growth and dedicated myself to my learning.

Over this time, I moved to Uganda, built a school serving 300 underprivileged students (Auro Foundation) and started a management consultancy firm (BBB) committed to bringing emotional intelligence and spiritual wisdoms to the world of business. Recently I returned from a 20 month sabbatical travelling to various ashrams, meditation centers and communities,
Indra Inspiration
In May 2022 I founded Indra Inspiration, a space for truth-seekers to explore healing, empowerment and Community. Indra Inspiration is a journey from the head to the heart, where you can let go of what no longer serves you, awaken your inner gifts, grow in self-love and access inner experiences of freedom, joy and creativity. Discover emotional freedom and create a life on your terms.

I believe that we are all born with a unique gift and with beauty inside our hearts. Each of us came into this world with a special nature, a purpose and a reason for being. We are here to experience life as joyful, peaceful and with love. We all have the potential to heal and to live a life of fulfillment.
I have a deep passion and love for this work and I feel happier, healthier and more authentic than I have ever felt. I am surrounded by a loving community and feel deeply blessed by the guidance and grace that I have experienced on this magical journey. I feel inspired and motivated to share this work and support people to discover emotional freedom and create life on their terms.
Welcome to this space – and thank you for taking a look at how it may serve you.
Much Love - Indra
